Business Development Manager
The demand is increasing for our carbon negative renewable energy solutions. WAI is expanding our business activities in Europe. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to extend our regional and European reach through expert cultivation of new business opportunities and relationships.
You will develop ambitious business visions and are able to turn them into tangible strategies and objectives.
Commercial experience from the renewable/process industry/environmental sectors will be required.
Join our highly skilled team in leading the decarbonization innovation of high carbon emission industries.
We consider the following key qualifications:
- MSc. or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, technology sales, strategy, or negotiation
- Rich knowledge about forestry value chain, biomass handling, thermal process, and emission control
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating analysis into strategic implications
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Proven ability to plan and manage resources
- Excellent written and spoken language abilities in both English and Norwegian

Our office and test facilities are located at Tønsberg in Vestfold and Telemark.
